Little did I know that the skill I honed as a child would develop into a long and successful career.

I grew up in the UK and spent my 20s outside of London until I moved to California in 1993.
After a short stint working at Stanford University, I responded to a job ad through an agency based in Palo Alto.
The employees really seemed to enjoy their work, which was connecting outstanding professionals with exceptional companies. When they offered me a job to join their team, I said yes!
That was the beginning of what has been a 20-plus-year career as a professional recruiter, working for many different types of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500s in Silicon Valley, New York, Europe and Australia.
I have placed hundreds of people in amazing companies and feel so fortunate to have been exposed to incredible talent and clients alike.
I am the joint founder of ChattaBox, Inc., a search firm focused on introducing and placing sales professionals.
After we take the time to understand our candidates’ career goals, expertise and personalities, we place them into their ideal working environments.

STUART BOWEN

I began my sales career in the UK with a company called Morgan Grampian.
After successful stints at two start-ups, I moved to California in 1993 when I was hired by CMP Media three years after successfully launching a new Pan European publication.
I have been in sales over 20 years, working for established and start-up media and technology companies.
I have successfully held individual contributor positions, as well as managing several sales teams as sales director and VP of sales.
An essential part of my sales management career has been to personally recruit sales professionals, many of whom have gone on to enjoy successful careers in leadership positions and corporate CEOs.
I have sold SaaS products and services to many enterprise accounts, including Nike, Disney, IBM, Wells Fargo, Medtronic, Intel and Salesforce, to name a few.
I am passionate about connecting with clients, learning about their companies and discovering what kind of salespeople they are looking for to drive their businesses forward.
In today’s sales environment, customers are increasingly demanding a smarter type of sales experience. New sales methodologies, such as the Challenger Sale™, have become popular. However, finding those high performers has become more difficult.
I can find those salespeople for you.
